The action takes place between 1946 and 1959 at Ada and Dave Simmonds' house in Norfolk.
The Wesker Trilogy was first performed at The Royal Court Theatre in 1960. Frank was part of these productions, as well as being in the original production of the first part of the trilogy - Chicken Soup With Barley.
Frank would work later work with Sheila Allen in the ground breaking TV hit of the 1970's Bouquet of Barbed Wire and it's sequal Another Bouquet
