    Donald Churchill and Frank were close friends and worked together several times. Frank and Donald both appear in The Wild Affair (1963) and Frank plays a Council Foreman in the comedy film short The Spare Tyres (1967) again written by Donald.

    Bryan Mosley is probably best remembered as the as grocer Alf Roberts in the long-running ITV soap opera Coronation Street. Bryan trained at the Northern Theatre School in Bradford, and was classmates with Frank's wife Doreen Finlay.
